Use mild laundry soap
Do not use any type of bleach.
Normal tumble dry at the low-heat delicate settings.
Iron at low-heat setting (150°C/300°F) if desired.
Hand wash and line dry are alternatives recommended for bamboo products.

My feet sweat and get hot very easily and Spun Bamboo line is Still the only sock and 1/4 crew I can wear. The softness most breathable absorbing qualities in a sock ever made including better than other bamboo product companies.
I have worn many, many pairs of these socks. The socks as they currently are good. They used to be great. They last two weeks now with everday use. They change the material slightly about two years ago when you could have gotten 3 weeks to a month on one pair. Also before they changed them I wore a large ( size 12 shoe). After that the large was way too big and I had to switch to a medium. The quality has gone down slightly but if you can afford these I still recommend them.

The socks are incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. However, after wearing a pair a few times I noticed a hole near the stitching between the forefoot and the toes. Therefore I gave them only 3 stars.
Have purchased both the large and extra large. Depends how high on the ankle you want the sock to ride. They have a good feel, time will tell how durable they are.
got a great deal on spun bamboo socks awhile ago... needed some new ones that fit better (been wearing the extra larges and i should wear small or medium)... just been a cheapskate ....these socks will make a total convert out of you- i used to wear good socks (top brand- not cheapos)... cringe when i wear them now to do something where i think i will ruin my socks..so spoiled to have found these.. was hesitant to pay so much for new ones.. but worth every dollar... i am size 6 1/2 to 7 women's.. 1/4 crew small is perfect.. i also got some mediums (no show)- again that sale thing!! and they are also a non issue- heel is where it should be... the originals are still in great shape almost 2 years later....
Nice socks but...
These socks are nice, but I prefer the high performance socks better because they offer more cushioning and a little compression and support of the foot to help with my swollen feet due to lymphedema. They are not as loose as the diabetic socks so they stay up and don't move around while walking.
