Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Free Shipping uses USPS First Class or Priority Mail service and will take 1-5 days depending on distance from Southern California. Expedited shipping uses USPS Priority Mail and ships within 24 hours except for Weekends and Holidays.
We do ship internationally. The customer is responsible for any taxes and duties. We cannot insure against lost or stolen shipments. Buyer assumes all risk for international shipments. In the very rare circumstance of a lost shipment, we will place a trace on the package and make a claim for it if necessary on your behalf. However, the outcome of that claim is not guaranteed.
- Machine wash in cold temp water with like colors, gentle cycle.
- Turn the garment inside out to wash and dry for extra care.
- Use mild laundry soap
- Do not use any type of bleach.
- Normal tumble dry at the low-heat delicate settings.
- Iron at low-heat setting (150°C/300°F) if desired.
- Hand wash and line dry are alternatives recommended for bamboo products.
