completely delight you, well take it back within 14 days for exchange or refund so

How can I tell if an item is
available?
We always try to keep our items fully stocked, but on occasion, if an item temporarily
sells out, upon selecting "add to basket", a message will appear telling you the
item is currently out-of-stock.

What are your shipping and
processing charges?
All our products ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal
Service). This choice of service and the actual charges for all orders can be obtained
once you choose the items you wish to purchase and click on "Proceed To
Check-out" button. Shipping cost is calculated on the total weights of all items in
your shopping cart and the zip code or country to which they are going.
UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select service is also available if your
order is placed online Monday-Thursday by 2 pm Pacific Time. (Available to street
addresses only, no PO Boxes). Please email (sales@ecodesignz.com) or call to verify once order has
been placed: 888.SPUN.BAM or 310.538.3051.
Please note: we recommend an USPS Priority Mail service when shipping to Alaska or
Hawaii, as ground surface may take up to 3 weeks or more.
All orders are FOB Los Angeles.
International shipping: Our website will calculate actual charges to all countries once
the final weight of the package is known. The most cost effective in terms of delivery
time is USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 days to Europe or Australia).

Do you ship
to addresses outside of the contiguous United States?
Yes. Our website will accept orders and payment for most countries. If you have trouble
making an international online order, please contact us at 888.SPUN.BAM or 310.538.3051or
fax your order to us at 310.496.3752. Our Customer Service representatives are available
during regular business hours.

How long will delivery take?
We generally use the shipping method you choose at checkout and ship from Southern
California. This means east coast deliveries will take approximately 5 business days with
ground shipping while other areas will be less than this. Once an order is shipped, you
will receive a tracking number via email to check on your shipments progress through
the respective shippers website. Faster shipping options are available at additional

Can I pick up my order?
Our main warehouse is located at 1846 W. 169th Street, Suite A, Gardena, California
90247. Although we are not open for walk-in business, we do accept appointments if you are

Can I order by phone?
Absolutely. If you would rather talk to a person while placing your order, please call
888.SPUN.BAM or 310-538-3051 between 9am-5pm M-F (except holidays). If you call at other
times, please leave your name and phone number and best time to call back, and we will
return your call.

How do I track the status of an order?
At the time your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number. You can
then check the status of your order by going to the applicable shippers website and
inputting your tracking number. If you do not have your order number, please call
888.SPUN.BAM or 310-538-3051 or email us (customerservice@ecodesignz.com) for assistance.

How do I redeem a Gift
Certificate or Coupon online?
To redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon, type the number in the space provided in Step 4
of the Payment Information page during the checkout process. If there is a balance of
$8.00 or more after you have redeemed your Gift Certificate or Coupon, we will send you a
new Gift Certificate for the remainder. If the balance is under $8.00, we will reimburse
you by check to the billing address you have provided.
You may apply multiple Gift Certificates toward your order by checking "I would
like to add another Gift Certificate" in Step 4 of the Payment Information page.

How do I use my Gift Certificate
online?
To use your Gift Certificate online, enter the number located on the Certificate in the
space provided in Step 4 of the Payment Information page during the checkout process.
Balances will be retained in our data base for future use. To obtain your Gift Certificate
balance, please contact Customer Service at 888.SPUN.BAM or 310-538-3051.
You may apply multiple Gift Certificates toward your order by checking "I would
like to add another Gift Certificate" in Step 4 of the Payment Information page.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to pressing the "Submit Order"
button at the end of the checkout process. If you want to cancel your order after you have
pressed the Submit Order button, you should contact our Customer Service Department by
email (sales@ecodesignz.com)
or by phone (888.SPUN.BAM or 310-538-3051) immediately. You may cancel your order at any
time as long as it has not shipped. Most orders ship within 1-2 days, if not the same day
as the order.

How do I exchange or return an item?
If your purchase does not completely satisfy you, you may always return any item within
14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in "like new" condition. If you are
making an exchange, your new merchandise will be shipped to you at no additional shipping
charge. Please include a note as to what action you would like taken (return and refund,
or exchange for another item (with style, color and size, with balance to be charged to
your credit card or balance to be reimbursed by check)). We advise that returns and
exchanges be sent by insured mail. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns and
exchanges.

Do you charge my credit
card at the time of my order?
We run an authorization only on your credit card at the time of the order. Only when
the item ships do we actually charge the credit card.

Is it safe to use my credit
card on your website?
We make sure all transactions processed through SpunBamboo.com and BambooClothes.com
are safe by using the SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encryption standard. Using a SSL
compliant browser such as Microsofts Internet Explorer or Mozillas FireFox
will enable you to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Statistics show that
online transactions are the safest form of credit card payment. Please see our privacy and

What if my order arrives damaged?
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipment. Please inspect the items upon
receipt. All damaged /defective items claims (with supporting photo taken) must be filed
within 7 days from date of receipt.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
Only orders shipped to within the state of California will have sales tax added.
Currently, the rate is 8.25%. Outside of California no sales tax will be added.

How safe and secure is your website?
Spun Bamboo protects your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology. SSL digitally encrypts your order, making it undecipherable to anyone except
Spun Bamboo. To take advantage of secure shopping, you must have an SSL-compatible browser
such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Some browsers and firewalls do not allow access to
secure servers and will therefore limit your shopping experience.

What is a CIN or CCN code?
We require a CIN or card identification number on all credit card orders. The CIN is an
important security feature that appears on the back of VISA, MasterCard, and on the front
of American Express credit cards. This ID number is a three- or four-digit number that
provides a cryptographic check of the information printed on the card. This helps validate
that the customer placing the order is actually in possession of the card, and that the
account is legitimate.
